In an attempt to regain creative motivation after years in corporate accounting, Andrew Morris (A.M.) began small woodworking projects in his Arlington, VA basement. What started with a bench vise clamped to an old dinner table quickly developed into a production quality shop and newborn passion for quality custom products.
After deciding to take the full leap into carpentry, Andrew packed up his belongings and moved to the PNW to attend the Port Townsend School of Woodworking. After completing the Intensive Furniture Making course, he relocated to Leavenworth, WA where he works full-time building custom furniture, cabinetry and contracting on commercial projects.
